Michaela started working for Utilitywise as a Training and Recruitment Manager in the People & HR Department, with a particular focus on training. After several months in the role, she was asked to set up Utilitywise’s Compliance Department, which now has eight Quality Assessors and is still growing.

Michaela has made a real impact on the business and has now assumed the role of Business Transformation Manager.
