We actually made switching energy supplier fun for James Whyte Joiner!
Specialist joinery company James Whyte was established in 1995 – the team have a wealth of experience in the industry, dating back to 1972. The team of highly-trained craftspeople is based in Irvine and covers Ayrshire and Inverclyde. The company’s products include kitchens, loft and attic conversions, window doors and double glazing, garage conversions and bathrooms. James Whyte also project manages works from start to finish.
A feeling that they were being taken for granted by their current supplier was just one of many issues James Whyte experienced when it was contacted by Utilitywise. Having multiple sites on different contracts often felt like a burden to Office administrator, Eunice Stahly. She felt the company was paying too much and wanted a better deal but wasn’t sure how to start reviewing pricing options. And, like many of our customers, she had no time to spare researching the best options and comparing deals.
A dedicated Account Manager, Katie, from Utilitywise made the process smooth and painless. She contacted our network of suppliers to find the best tariff and contract length options for the company.
All the company’s energy accounts were moved to one supplier and she handled all negotiations and the entire switching process.
As a single point of contact, Katie kept Eunice informed throughout the switching process and provided a range of energy reduction materials for employees to use to reduce consumption of water, gas and electricity.
“For once, the experience was quite fun,” said Eunice. “Everything is working well and we have peace of mind that Katie is on the other end of the phone when we need help.”
“Utilitywise took away all the doubt of switching supplier and made it worthwhile. Katie was a dream to work with, understood our requirements, explained everything step-by-step, making the whole experience more rewarding and enlightening, rather than painful and extremely stressful.”
