Partner Channel Procurement Administrator

The Role

Utilitywise is seeking a Procurement Administrator to join the International team based at our head office in North Tyneside. The successful applicant will be fluent in both written and verbal French.

Your main duties will be to support the quotations and processing of sales packs and contracts submitted by our Partners and closing specialists within the Indirect Team.

Working within the Indirect Team, you will work closely with our external partners to ensure a clean and effective sales cycle. You will also need to provide advice and support when needed and help to resolve complaints.

This is a permanent, full-time role.


  • Specific tasks such as updating spreadsheets, data entry and using our CRM systems;
  • Quality and Assurance checks;
  • Producing correct quotations;
  • High level of accuracy;
  • Processing of sales and financial information to our bespoke financial system;
  • Processing of commissions;
  • Any other adhoc tasks or projects within the department that are required.



  • A*-C GCSE in Math’s and English
  • Fluency in both written and verbal French.


  • Business Administration/ Customer Service training or qualification.



  • Proven strong communication skills;
  • Excellent spreadsheet skills;
  • Computer literate, with experience using Microsoft Office;
  • Ability to work well as part of a team.


  • Knowledge of the energy industry;
  • Data input experience;
  • Experience working in a sales support role.
