The Role

The Bill Validation Analyst will be responsible for their own effective and timely delivery of the Bill Validation products and services. The primary goals of the service are to provide clients with assurance that their invoices are correct and to seek any reimbursement for overpayment.

This is role is on a 6-month fixed term basis.


The main focus of this role will be on building our brand position by;

  • To deliver the highest quality services and provide excellent customer service at all times.
  • Responsibility for data collection and analysis of energy data and invoices for clients as assigned by the Bill Validation Manager.
  • Responsibility for the preparation, interpretation and timely delivery of Bill Validation reports.
  • To regularly liaise with the Bill Validation Manager to ensure clear understanding of progress on each allocated client’s service and to communicate should issues arise.
  • To keep the client informed at all times on the progress of their service.
  • To liaise with suppliers to request information and resolve queries.
  • To record detailed and up-to-date notes in the relevant system(s).
  • To represent the Bill Validation team at meetings for own assigned clients.
  • To attend relevant training courses as and when required.
  • Achievement of objectives as set by the Bill Validation Manager.
  • Working alongside colleagues, both within and outside of the Bill Validation team, to ensure company objectives are met.

Qualifications and Training


  • A background in data analysis.
  • Experience working in the energy industry.
