The Role

Utilitywise is seeking a Bill Validation Administrator to join us in our Bury St Edmunds office.

The Bill Validation Administrator will work in the Bill Validation team, who are responsible for the delivery of the Bill Validation service. The Bill Validation Administrator will be responsible for providing administration support to the Bill Validation Analysts assisting in the effective and timely delivery of the Bill Validation Team’s products and services.

This is role is on a 6-month fixed term basis.


  • Responsibility for the collection, handling and inputting of billing data as assigned by the Bill Validation Manager;
  • Carry out administrative duties to assist the Bill Validation Manager and Analysts;
  • To scan and file invoices and other types of information as required;
  • To liaise with suppliers to request information;
  • Inform the Bill Validation Managers and/or Analysts of any potential problems or delays with obtaining billing data;
  • To ensure own detailed and up-to-date notes are kept in the relevant system (s);
  • To attend relevant Training courses as and when required;
  • Achievement of objectives as set by the Bill Validation Manager;
  • Working alongside colleagues, both within and outside of the Bill Validation department, to ensure company objectives are met;
  • Cover reception when required.



  • Previous administration experience.

In total Utilitywise has c.38,000 customers split across the two divisions; enterprise and corporate.
