“All progress takes place outside of your comfort zone”
Last year, 117 Utilitywise team members secured new roles within the business. That’s 117 who joined in one role and identified a new role or a promotion and went for it. They’ve understood what was available to them and put a plan together to achieve their aims.
Brin Sheridan, Managing Director of the Corporate Division, champions our Talent Management initiative. “The business is in evolution, we’re growing and there will be a lot of opportunities,” says Brin. “It’s hugely important for us as an organisation that our colleagues are ready to take their next steps when those opportunities become available.”
“When you think about the next stage of your career, it’s important to remember that all progress takes place outside of your comfort zone. We help our colleagues look for the roles that will not only build on their experience but also challenge them to develop new skills. Not only do our colleagues benefit from this approach, but Utilitywise does, too.”
