Utilitywise creates 200 jobs as part of ambitious growth strategy
Utilitywise, the UK’s leading utilities consultancy, have announced plans to create 200 jobs in the coming months.
The consultancy, which already employs over 1,500 colleagues, plans to recruit further for sales roles in its North Tyneside and Redditch based offices as part of on-going expansion plans.
With an increased focus on smart technology and utility controls, the firm are looking for new colleagues to work with British businesses and incorporate its innovative technology and market leading energy saving initiatives.
Chris Charlton, Managing Director of Enterprise at Utilitywise said: “This appointment of new colleagues reflects the growing demand for smart technology and utility controls.
“With companies in the UK facing rising business rates and economic uncertainty, businesses are becoming increasingly keen to get a better deal on their utilities.”
He added: “The opportunities are available to applicants with little to no sales experience.”
As part of the recruitment drive, Utilitywise are seeking friendly, customer service focused individuals.
Utilitywise Plc was initially founded in 2006 in Gateshead with just three employees.
The consultancy has since been AIM-listed in 2012 and has offices spanning the UK and Europe dealing with a range of clients from South Tyneside Bowls and Social Club and the University of Bradford to FTSE100 BAE Systems and AstraZeneca.
