Energy Live 2016 – IoT and post Brexit carbon compliance

Join us at this year’s Energy Live on 3 November at the Barbican Centre in London. We’ll be talking about IoT, the future of energy procurement and post-Brexit carbon compliance.

Come and see us at Energy Live 2016

Energy Live is an annual, one day event organised by the team behind Energy Live News. Join us next month, at Energy Live 2016, as we look to the future. Can the Internet of Things (IoT) influence our energy procurement? How will carbon compliance be affected by Brexit? We’ll bring you the answers at the 3 November event.

The theme of Energy Live 2016 is ‘Keep calm and Brexit’. Members of our senior team will help you ‘keep calm’ and understand what Brexit means in terms of carbon compliance. We’ll also explain how you can use smart controls to avoid higher charges and lower your energy bills.

We’re a supporting sponsor and during the event you can find talks by Utilitywise in the Green Stream. We’re holding the following sessions:

Can IoT really shape energy procurement and energy management for the future?

11:15am – 12pm

Join Lisa Gingell and Jon Ferris as they tackle the many challenges facing energy managers today. Learn how IoT can influence our procurement contracts and unearth hidden energy and money saving opportunities.

If you attend this session you’ll also have the chance to enter our competition, with an iPad as our star prize! To take part, join our 11:15am presentation, or alternatively visit our stand before 2:30pm. We’ll announce our winner at 3pm!

Carbon compliance – post Brexit

3:15pm – 4pm

The Brexit vote has created a lot of uncertainty when it comes to compliance. Tim Hipperson will be addressing these issues and explaining the impact leaving the EU will have on our legislative landscape.

We hope you can join our presentations. Alternatively, we’d love you to come and see us at the Utilitywise stand. You can find out more about the event and book tickets here.
