How much do your services cost?

We have a very broad range of involvement in our clients energy purchasing. Our tendering and quotation service comes at absolutely no charge, with no obligation to accept any of our returned supplier prices. Our energy monitoring product, edd:e, and AMR packages, case-by-case, can be priced as part of an energy contract bundle, with often little to no capital expenditure outlay.


Which suppliers do you work with?

You can see some of our main supplier relationships on our homepage. We offer true “whole-of-market” scope; we trade with every electricity and gas supplier operating in the market.

 

I don’t want to change suppliers. Can you negotiate with my current supplier?

Yes- We always request pricing from our client’s current supplier. In the ideal, we’ll simply re-negotiate your current supplier renewal offer, and no transfers will be necessary. Your current supplier will bid for your business through a tendering process, managed by your ‘Utilitywise’ account manager.


What can my Account Manager help me with?

We are a team of energy experts. Our account managers become a single point of contact for all of our clients’ energy requirements, replacing departmentalised call-centres. Their role involves:
