Business Structure
Our business is built around our clients. Every client is looked after by an energy consultant, each has a direct dial, direct fax and email making it easy for a client to reach them. The consultant is part of a small team so if they need advice or help with a client they can call on the team’s experience and expertise to help. Each team is led by a team manager who has years of experience in the business energy sector. The team managers can in turn call on the help of other teams. This means that even clients with specialist or complex needs can be serviced. Large multi-site clients that have many meters or complex energy needs will be looked after by several energy consultants usually within the same team.
Each team is allocated an energy manager; these individuals have many years experience in dealing with business energy and utility matters. They are also trained energy auditors or experts in other areas, like smart meters.
